Did something from your order just not work out for you?

No problem! You could return your order within 30 days from the date your order shipped to you.

You have 3 options when returning

For U.S. Customers

1. FREE RETURN with Store Credit Refund+ $5 Bonus:
We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of your return a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for up to 60 days of the original shipment date. (Please create an account in order to use the credit)

2.Refund to original payment:
Receive a refund back to your original payment method. Returns must be requested within 30 days (calculated from the date you receive your order) to be eligible for a refund. We provide USPS return labels for your items with costs starting from as low as $5.9.
The charge of return label increases according to the number of items you refund. The specific price is as follows:

The return label is only valid for 14 days after the approval of our Customer Care Team.

Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. (one item is only eligible for one exchange request)

How to Initial Your Return and Exchanges

1. Start a return

If you have an account with us, log into your account and go to MY RETURNS section to initiate the return process.

Start a member return

If you purchased as a guest, please enter your Order Number and the email address you used on your order to initiate the return process.

2. Request a new RMA

To create a return, you will need to:
Select the item(s) to return and provide the Reason, Resolution of your return or exchange. Then Submit your return to get the return shipping address.

3. Print RMA Packing Slip

On the return confirmation page, click on the 'PRINT RMA PACKING SLIP' button. Print RMA PACKING SLIP and include it in your return parcel. This is very important as we can't process your return without it.

4. Pack & Drop off

Pack your return securely, and include your packing slip. We encourage you to reuse the original polybag/ or your own polybag.

When your package is ready, send your items back by taking your return to your carrier of choice.

5. Confirm shipping

Click CONFIRM SHIPPING on the return confirmation page and fill-in your return tracking number so that our return department could process your refund timely.
This is a very important step as we are using logistic agents in different countries to handle our returns. If we do not have return tracking update for your return, we are unable to locate your return and process your refund.

6. Get refund confirmation

It takes 8–10 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Items/Service Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
  • Items returned without the original return tag attached.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges.
Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:
  • Returns received by Chicwish between 31 and 40 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request.
  • Returns received by Chicwish after 40 days from order date are unable to be refunded.
COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Processing time is 3 to 4 business days before shipment. We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

How long will I receive it?

You will receive your order in 8 to 12 business days once your order has been shipped.

How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?

You can return any item for refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.
For order placed from Nov. 15th to Dec. 30th 2022, Christmas holiday returns extends to 45 days from the date you receive it.

What is the policy for defective/broken products?

Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

How long will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Chicwish store credit or the original payment account per your request.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns?

All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
For US / UK / Germany customers, return shipping is free if you select store credit refund.

If you have received an defective item, please contact us first before starting your return.

What is the policy for defective/broken products?

Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.
