Did something from your order just not work out for you? No problem! You could return your order within 40 days from the date your order shipped to you.

U.S. Customers: You have 3 options when returning:

1.Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you use our USPS return label or your own shipping method. Returns must be received within 40 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund. If you choose to use our pre-paid label, the $6.9 price for the label will be deducted from the refund or credits issued for your return. But, there are 2 more alternatives:

2. Exchange*: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 40 days of the original shipment date. Exchanges are always free to use our pre-paid label! 

3. Store Credit + $5 Bonus: We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for up to 40 days of the original shipment date.


International Returns

2. Exchange*: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 40 days of the original shipment date.  We will ship the exchanged item to you for free once you update your return tracking number.

3. Store Credit + $5 Bonus: We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 40 days of your shipping date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of your return and a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for up to 40 days of the original shipment date.

How to Initial Your Return and Exchanges

  1. Login your account and go to MY RETURNS section.

If you checked out as a guest, please initial your return on this page.

  1. Click REQUEST NEW RETURN and then select the order and items you want to return. (The orders which eligible for returns will be display here)
  2. Click NEXT STEP and select the Reason, Resolution of your return or exchange. And SUBMIT REQUEST.
  3. If you are a US customer, you could either use our pre-paid return label to return your order ($6.9 price for the label will be deducted from the refund or credits issued for your return, free for exchange and store credit refund) or ship it by yourself using your own shipping method.
  4. The RMA Packing Slip must be included in your return.

How to Print RMA Form?

Please navigate to your acount's return section and select the order you want to return, and you will find the "PRINT RMA PACKING SLIP" option the left top of this section.

 

And then click CONFIRM SHIPPING and fill-in your return tracking number so that our return department could process your refund timely.

  1. If you are outside US, please print your RMA PACKING SLIP and ship it back to our return address stated on your RMA PACKING SLIP or email.   

How to Print RMA Form?

And then click CONFIRM SHIPPING and fill-in your return tracking number so that our return department could process your refund timely.

This is a very important step as we are using logistic agents in different countries to handle our returns. If we do not have return tracking update for your return, we are unable to locate your return and process your refund.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  1. Items marked as final sale and customized items. 
  2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  4. Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date.
  5. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

Returns received by Chicwish between 41 and 90 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Late returns are not eligible for the $5 bonus offer. Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request.
